When preparing for a competion, say starting at 12 weeks out, Do I stop with the MRP's and take only protein shakes. At this point I am only doing the MRP's. Competion is not until May. Just trying to figure out what to do and would like other opinions on this matter.
What show are you doing in May? I am also competing in May. Figure Division. Yes you should switch the protein source depending on your diet. I would suggest a multi blend protein, not pure whey.
