Hey i just joined this.
i'm 16 years old, starting to workout
the results i want are generally better looking and stronger biceps, abs, calves. Basically my whole body
my parents got me a home gym, the keyfitness st-155 (i posted a link so you can see what it entails)

You can do a whack of stuff on that thing... aside from what's listed on the site I found you can do bicep curls, some pec flys... I'm sure there is more, but I'd need a closer look at the thing...
