So I was reading 'Eating for Life' today by Bill Phillips and I came across a quote that I love and agree with 100%.
He says, "As I see it, dieting is like going underwater and holding your breath. Eventually, you have to come up. And that's what dieting is like- it's like holding your breath underwater. Eventually you have to come to the surface, and when you do, you gasp for air and inhale all
you can, so to speak."
I agree so much with this because ultimatly all diets will fail. But, if you make a lifestyle change it will eventually become permanent, and won't feel like work or deprivation at all. So this year, insead of making a resolution to go on a diet, make one to permanently change your lifestyle for the better. I think you'll find it much easier this way. Good luck everyone!

Lifestyle change is what we are all about here. This is what works, diets are short term and when we refer to diet, we are referring to your eating habits, not any short term 'fix'.
