The new year is here and as usual, most of us have made a resolution to eat healthier and workout. I am also new here, and got a 3 week head start before new years, and I can honestly say I have learned more here in these past 3 weeks than I have in my entire life. Believe it or not, I am already starting to see some results, and the eating is just getting easier by the day. The first two weeks felt like a nightmare (with no help from people around me eating fast food and junk in front of me all day), but I've already slowly started getting into a routine with my diet. I'm gonna stop here before I start sounding like Richard Simmons or that other crazy Tony guy (forgot last name). So to everyone, Happy new year, and good luck with everything.
