Hello everyone! I am really new to all of this so bare with me. All I know is I am ready for a change. I am tired of looking at myself in the mirror and being disgusted at what I see. Well from what my B.M.I. (i think that is what it is called) is showing I am a little over weight. Wow!! I'm shocked, well not really. I have went in a couple different directions with trying to loose weight. The only thing that really ever worked for me was Taebo. There was only one problem with it. Each workout is like and hour long. I am a very busy person with a full time job and a very needy little 3 year old. When I came across this website it seemed to catch my attention. A free workout plan...wow! So I figured since my New Years resolution was to loose weight, why not start here. So here I am! I really hopes this gives me the right kind of motivation I need to burn this belly. Well good luck to me, and good luck to you! Bye for now:)

Hey everyone! I have made my new years resolution to lose weight. 30 lbs to be exact. Im a very busy nurse that does shift work. very hard to find time to work out. im hoping this site will give me the motivation that i need to achieve my goals. bye for now. :big_smile:
