Hey Melissa!
Welcome to FT.

Your path to the new you is a combined end result of lots of small things, so don't worry if you are making small changes. They add up.

Think of each action you do as a vote for a future. What do your actions vote for? Added up those votes can make a big difference.

We're often very critical of politicians not living up to their promises. How is your voting compared to your aims?

Good luck, and keep reading the forums.

Hi Melissa,
I'm right there with you! I decided today that enough is enough. I'm really excited to get started with my new nutrition and exercise plans. I'm also looking forward to making new friends here and getting the support I need.

Thanks!
