For the past year I have been bulking up, eating a tone of proteins, moderate carbs, taking creatin and supplementing peotein shakes three tims a day. I am currently standing 6' and 255 pounds and have put on quite a bit of muscle (for me). Now that I am interested in competing in amateur bodybuilding competitions, what is the best way to diet down and lose this fat? Should I cut the creatine and protein shakes? How much less should I eat in a given day? Also, should I change my program to accomodate the fewer calories and how should I do it? (higher reps, lower weight, etc.) Of course, more cardio is a given!

Yes bb1fit will be your very best guide. Just one thing, take your time! It'll last at least 3 months to diet SLOWLY and steady so you wont loose lean muscle mass. Patience and lots of disciplin is needed.
Competing has never been easy (but it's worth it!!! ;o)
