What have you tried so far? Not trying to be nosy but in order to help you we gotta know what you have already tried and what hasn't worked. Try to keep in mind that muscle weighs more than fat... so you could attempt to build muscle but like I said... we can't really help you unless we already know your history of trial and error.

It takes eating big to get big. Try more of the healthy foods that you already should be eating. Get tons of protein, preferably from whole foods(chicken breast, lean meat) and less from powders. Lower rep ranges and higher weights will also yield better muscular gains. Be sure to split your workouts right, so that you give the muscle groups adequate time to heal.
