what have you been doing at the gym for 2 years?
the problem probably lies more with the program you do, not challenging your body enough and your diet than the amount of time you have been doing it.
A heavier leg routine is most likely in order, squats, lunges, deadlifts. Switch to HIIT for cardio, if you aren't already doing it and then clean up your diet. Get enough protein, eat lots of fibrous vegetables, stick to unprocessed whole grains and be sure to get good fats.
