Explaining what is 'horrible' will be of significance. Bear in mind that our perception of horrible differs dramatically. For instnace, to a 'clean food junkie', any variation to the junk foods is horrible. This is the extreme case, as the source of your carb intake does not really have that much impact once the basis of your diet is set...i.e...calorie amount, protein allocation, etc.

I work nights 14 days out of the mth. In those 14 nights my eating pattern is breakfast around 5-6 pm, lunch 11-1 am, and dinner 7-9am. Now with that said, the rest of the month I am on a day time eating pattern which throws me off BIG TIME. Not only that but my diet is mainly mexican food wich takes a big toll on my body. What really pushed me to start a workout and eat better was my breathing. I started to have a hard time breathing. I'm not sure what foods I need to intake because I grew up eating mexican food most of my life. I have 3 kids and I want to be around to see my grand kids if I get any. Any advise on how I can balance my eating habits?
