So at the moment I am very disappointed. I was on week 8 of my 12 week workout schedule and I decided to add the 12 week abs.
Once I did that ALL my progress for my 12 week mass program got deleted and I have to start again from week 1.
This has made me very unmotivated knowing that all my hard work just got deleted. I couldn't believe it was that easy to accidentally replace all my progress. :(
