Chicken breast, tuna, egg whites and cottage cheese are some of the best high protein/low fat and carb foods.
Lately I've been mixing 100g of low fat cottage cheese, 1 cup of oatmeal, 250ml of egg whites, some sugar twin and a bit of cinnamon powder(maybe a bit of strawberry protein) in a blender and whip it up.
I then cook it on a frying pan and it makes some wicked waffles that have like 30-40grams of protein, 30 grams of low glycemic index carbs and like almost 0 fat.
