Hey, I am new here. I do not undertstand the nutrition guide, how to add foods and whatnot, and I am debating just doing the fitness part and just eat healthier. Any suggestions? Plus, I don't eat foo foo stuff, like Seared Chilean Sea Bass, or things like that. I am from the midwest, home of beef and potatoes, and if there are any suggestions people could make about easy healthy food including hamburger or frozen chicken breasts, that would be great.
