So I decided that I'm going to run my first marathon this October. I know it's a long way away, but I figure it's never too early to start. The marathon is 26 miles long. I've never done any long distance running before, so I'm 100% new to this. Does anybody have any tips on what to eat and any specific ways to train besides just running? Thanks in advance!
Hey,
Check at your lkibrary for a book called "the non-runners marathon book' (I think that is the title) It lays out a complete program for training for your first mArathon.
