I use to exercise for three-four hours at a time, binge, chew and spit my food, sometimes purge. I wanted to be thin so bad, it was making me sick. Now I'm trying to come out of that, but it's really hard. Especially the over exercising part. I think I'm addicted to exercise!! If I cut back from at least 2 hours, I get really crampy and depressed. Can anyone relate to that? Has anyone else had these sort of eating issues? How did you come out of it?
