HI! I've been told I'm waaay to happy and hyper for my own good. I have a French pointer hunting dog that I run two miles a day with- She's my inspiration on what my healthy body will look like- save the tail and ears; and the snout- you get the picture. Lean mass held together by tight cables under skin. I bike 22 miles a day every day to and from work. I started at 205 in July and I'm 172 now. I want to know what a six pack looks like- on me.
All I have to say is...you run 2 miles a day AND bike 22 miles A DAY????I hope that's not the "norm" required to lose 33 pounds. Otherwise I have WAY more work to do than I thought.:( Welcome!:)
