Hi all I'm Matt,

First time i've ever been to a fitness website and been using it for a few days now and already really like it!!

Reasons i'm here:

9 months ago i weighed 235 pounds (16 and a bit stone) was in awful shape and had been for 5 years. I was always a chubby kid untill i hit about 17 when i played rugby 3 times a week, cricket 2 times and went to the gym 2 times a week. I was 175 lbs. It all went wrong when i went to uni, drank every night usually had a kebab every night etc and did no exercise at all.

I started losing weight about 9 months ago and went from 235 lbs down to now 190 lbs. I've taken up thai kickboxing and rather strangely skipping lol.

Anyway thats my "intro" hope to chat to you all soon!!

Hey Matt! Welcome. On the Home page, click of ft profile. You can fill out some personal info there. Click on personal showcase gallery to upload pics on enter more info on your personal goals...etc. Glad to help.
