Hi I am new to this. I want to try out for football. I need a to have a strong body and also be able to run. I need help anyone. I also need this withing the next 2 months so please help.

How do you need it in the next 2 months? It's January. Football pre-season doesn't start for several months.

What position are you playing? That will be key to figuring out a program. My guess is most will need some core stability and some explosive movements.

You have to tell us more about yourself. What are we starting with here? Weight, height, lifts...diet...etc.
