hey, does anyone have a particular opinion on whether it is okay to include sodium-free, non-caloric, carbless carbonated beverages like sparkling fruit flavored water in a precontest diet?
I just wondered because i find it helps if i am feeling extra deprived and craving sweets to have a ruit water or a diet vanilla coke.

I have no idea about posing or contests, but I do know that carbonation causes some bloating and I'm not sure you want that. For that reason alone i gave them up years ago. (Except the occasional Cherry Pepsi for a hangover!)

It is perfectly fine....sugar free. Within limits of course. About 2 weeks before, drop them totally though.
