So I want to enter a competition towards the end of summer 08 so around August-September time. Just looking for some tips on developing certain areas of the body. 2 main areas of concern are my deltoids and the outside lower part of my pecs. I have tried nearly everything for my pecs from decline, delcine flies, and dips.

I stand 6'2 and weigh about 220. So the ideal weight I am looking for is 235 - 240. As of right now I think I am still to light to compete or else I would enter one this spring. My caloric intake is about 4000-4500 a day. Gaining weight is also an issue I have been stuck for about 1 1/2 months now.

Current Supplements are whey protein, cee creatine, fish oil and multi-vitamins. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks.

Stay with heavy compound exercises. Forget 'isolation' type stuff. Though it may 'feel' like you are isolating a muscle, this is in reality very difficult to do. And in any case, with these type of exercises, you can rarely do enough weight to do any proper overload of the muscle, which is what directly leads to growth with adequate nutrients and rest, and of course the 'X' factor, hormone balance, genes, etc.

If you've been stuck at the same wight for 1.5 months and eating the same number of calories the logical explanation is to up it a couple hundred calories again.
