HI! My name is Sandra and this is my 1st time to this site. I seem to like it pretty much. I'm what I would call a bordom eater. And have stayed at 160 for the past year while I'm working out 2-4 times a week. MOstly 30 mins of cardo (biking or elpital) and 20 min of weights(free weights and mecs.)in that order. I have already learned that is worng. My diet is not bad. except the once a week midnight snack and I hardly eat breakfest. IF anyone can give me anytips please feel free.
