I know this is a silly question and I am the queen of fad diets, but I don't want to "diet" anymore. I would like to know what the best way of eating for me is though.
I am just coming back to the gym, since it appears that my metabolism is not letting my bosy drop the fat anymore.
I am 30 years old, 5'4", female weighing 138, but my body fat is high since I haven't been working out. I have started a routine of three days a week (weights) plus two days (cardio). I love cardio and if I had the time, I could do it for hours. Weights on the other hand, are my struggle.
Any suggestions would be much appreciated. I would like to get down to 120 lbs, that is my "ideal" weight, but the body fat is really what I trying to fix.
I have one of those scales that measure body fat and it says that I am around 32% yikes! I would like to get down to 20%.
Thanks for any advice.
