If you are just asking what types of food to eat then I recommend whole foods(i.e as unprocessed as possible) and a lot of veggies. Eat more complex carbs, and less simple(white bread,sugary drinks,candy,dough nuts,ect.)carbs. Try to stay away from fatty fast food, or convenient calories like chips. It's ok to indulge every once in a while, but don't fill your body with that stuff on a regular basis. I don't subscribe to the theory of eating the same strict diet for every meal , every day, so just try your best to make healthier choices.
