Hi everyone,
I was just doing a search on the internet and came across this site. So far it looks like a pretty helpful one. Well lets see where do I begin....I am 24 5'4" and 150lbs. I am trying to get down to 125lbs like I was 4 1/2 years ago. I am pretty set on what I need to do work out wise. My BIGGEST problem is eating right. :( I try reading all these books, doing all these diets and nothing seems to be working. If someone/anyone can help me on what I need to be eating that would be greatly appreciated. :)
