Sorry, I just have days where.....
Read some of the sticky posts in all of the forums - nearly every question you could think of has been discussed ad infinitum.
Once you have been reading and educating yourself for a while, come back and ask specific, well formulated questions.
Good luck.

taii - do some reading in every forum - sign up at the top of the screen under 'exercise program' for your workout - you answer questions about goals and equipment availability and it will generate a printable plan for you.
as far as eating - that is discussed often here - do some reading of sticky posts and ask specific questions.
There is also a search engine at the bottom of the screen - fit buddy - you can enter a term and it will pull up relevant posts.
The basics :
eat 5-6 small meals a day - food every 3 hours will stoke your metabolism.
if man made it, you shouldn't eat it. eat as close to natural state as you can.
drink plenty of water and no-calorie beverages, green tea being especially beneficial.
get enough sleep.
exercise.
repeat all until it has become a lifestyle, not a diet.
-------------- Argue for your limitations, and sure enough, they\'re yours.
