I have been trying to diet for the last month, i have reduced my eating, ate healthier, been going to the gym and quit snacking. i also gave up soda and have tried to stay active versus watching tv! i still have yet to lose any weight. i wanna lose at least 35lbs by july 4 when my husband gets back from a deployment. i have been stressed and i had a baby in aug 2006. after i had my son i weighed less than i did before i got prego and i kinda kept it off. then i started working and eating fast food everyday. then i moved to where my husband was and now i weigh 40 lbs more than i did when i moved here!

Welcome to freetrainers.
Don't cut your calories too drasticaly and keep being active and focus on health. The weight loss will come.
Maybe an example of what you usually eat will help us help you.
