hello all, im new to the site... I'm a 6'2 190 lbs male that is looking for the best and fastest way to increase my bench press to become a cop. The fitness test requires that I bench press 98% of my weight. Now I have never really work with weights but have considered myself physically fit. Last year I got a gym membership and went from 215 to 190-195lbs. I have plateaued in the past month on fat loss and as for bench pressing I am still at a 1 rep max of 125 lbs for the past five months. I know its horrible to say but I just cant get past that and dont know why. Please help
