Hello to all, My name is Kimberly, I will be 20 on the 28th of February, and would just like to get the body I had when I was playing soccer, I played for 12 years and never did anything but work out! My goals are pretty much just to lose about 20 pounds of fat and tone my muscles. So if there is any suggestions out there feel free I am open to anything. Thank you all!

That's awesome! Yoga's so good for you, I preach that all the time. I do about 30 minutes every night at home before bed. I actually don't even consider it exercise anymore, I know that it is, but I use yoga as my meditation practice. When I'm done, I sip a cup of camomille tea and just feel a relaxation to a point that I feel like I float down the hall to bed, sleeping before I ever get to the bedroom. ha ha. That might explain why my husband quietly repeats "please don't do yoga, please don't do yoga, please don't do yoga" every night by himself in bed. ha ha.
My 8 year old tried it with me about a week ago. Half way into the routine he said "Yoga is dumb!" and got up and left. This after he fell over about 6 times trying to get into poses. lol

I know Yoga is awesome, and I preach all the time too, but I don't think anyone will understand until they do it, I know I didn't! My husband thinks I am wierd for doing Yoga but he has seen the results and how happy it makes me, and it's so good for everyone! I have hypothyroid and normally you have to take a pill everyday for the rest of your life to keep the levels normal and because I do yoga I don't have to take the medication and my levels are all perfect! It's so cool, sorry preaching! HAHA

Preach on sista! ha ha. My hubby actually loves doing yoga, it was very benefical for him when he played hockey, those guys hve to be very flexible. He would just like for me to come to bed sometimes not quite so tired. lol
