Just wondering all my exercises have a suggested rep then reps actually completed, then weight.
Should i be following the reps at a lower weight, or amping up the weight so that by the time i get to 20 reps im almost failing, then doing this for the rest of my sets at the suggested reps.
please help me because i started my ft routine yesterday and im unsure if i should be goign tell fail or just following reps.
Im on the build lean muscle, and tone plan, as well as 12 week abs.
Start with something you know you can do and try to add a little weight each week. If you miss a couple reps then maybe stay at that weight for another week and see if you can get them all the next week.
