I Recently started a diet 4 Hard boiled eggs + 3 Scoops of BSN True Mass. For lunch 2 grilled chicken breasts 2 cans of tuna + 3 Scoops of BSN True Mass. Diner Anything with protein usually chicken or some kind of meat and fruit and drink 3 scoops of BSN true mass. I lift 4 times a week and lift pretty hard. I also use BSN N.O xplode before workouts. I gained a tolerance to it and just purchased Vapor in place of it because i was told it was more powerful. Can anyone please let me know if this might work for gaining size. Im looking to put on alot of weight.
