OK Im ready. Theres no time like the present right?? I have 4 beautiful daughters and stayed a size 5, but life caught up with me now I'm a 10 and ready for change:dumbbell:. I guess my goal is to learn to make healthier choices where cooking is concerned. (Those corn dogs are just so quick and easy after a hard day:() Anywho, advice about serious training would be greatly appreciated.
Thx,
Lawanna

I'm ready too! I lost 30 lbs. last year and was able to keep off all but 3 lbs and I stopped working out and dieting in Nov 07. I'm back on track weighing in at 170 and going to the gym 5-6 days per week, plus my evening 30 min workouts at home. I'm hoping to drop the next 30 lbs by the end of June, yet since I started back to the gym I have gained 1.5 lbs in the last week. I wonder if that's normal when you start weight training added to cardio...I only did cardio before, but this time I am doing 45 min of cardio each day and 30 min of weight training! I hope it helps!!!!

I have been doing the move with the 25 cm small ball where you sit on the floor (knees up), lean back to a 45 degree angle and hold the ball (arms out in front of you) and swing the ball from side to side slowly (almost placing the ball towards the floor on each side). It works! I do about 30-40 per day, trying to work up to 75.
