Hi everyone,
After training my biceps, I nearly get every time, two days after my training, a pain on the brachioradialis(outer side of my forearm, with the inner hand facing the sky), and slight pain at the betom of my biceps. I then have difficulty extending my arm to 180 degrees. Can this be a chronic tendanitice? Or is this normal after workout?
Here's a detailed picture:

Thanks for your help.

Yes, that is indeed a picture of a forearm. Thank you for that.
Sounds like it may be lateral epicondylitis. I'm sure I'm misspelling it though, so if you want to look it up it goes by the common diagnosis of "Tennis Elbow".
The treatment is progressive. It must start with the standard anti-inflammatory phase (rest, ice, NSAIDs, fish oil, etc) and then progress into a strengthening phase centered around the forearm extensor muscles and stretching of the extensors.
Reverse wrist curls, levering, and resisted hand opening exercises should be the focus.

This seems to go a bit more in depth with relation the the therapy. The 2 main exercises I would focus on are the one with the rubber band, and the reverse wrist curl.
