hey i'm trying to do just all the compund exercises for like 2-3 months..i just wanted to gve a try what u ppl think?so i'm thinking of work out for 3-4 days a week..so can u guys help me wy workout on advice group with what to make it work..thanks alot
This are the exercises i'm doing so help me out with it.

Squats
Deadlifts
Bench Presses
Barbell Rows
Overhead Presses
Chin-Ups
Dips
Lunges
Leg Presses

Tell me if i miss out anything thanks alot!

In no particular order, here are 4 variations you can try.


Push/Pull/Lower

Upper Vertical/Lower/Upper Horizontal

Upper Vert/Lower Quad Dominant/Upper Horiz/Lower Hamstring Dominant

Nice exercise selection. I would choose Front Squats over Leg Presses. I would also switch up your set/rep schemes each workout a la Undulating Periodization.
