Don't understand the leg program

Hi I am new to the site. In the past I worked out with a trainer he always has had me work a 4 day schedule. Always I have had two days of legs One day for Quads, one for Hamstrings. I can not believe the little workout for the legs I am trying the advance program and still it is only one day for legs and not many exercises. Is this a good workout?

Hi Not sure if this helps but I do the specialized leg work out and do my leg work outs on days I also do cardio.
