The main thing to watch for is that you get about a week rest between workouts for each muscle group. So from that respect, there should be nothing wrong with training every day. However, your body needs recovery time: days with no training. It needs to recharge, so from that respect it's not good to train every day.
If you only have 30 minutes to work out in one day, remember one thing. If you're training by yourself, 30-45 minutes is enough to complete a full workout (example: chest, triceps... calves would push you towards the 45min mark).

It still takes me from 30 to 45 minutes with one muscle group from warm up to stretching to cool down period some times I push it to a hole one hour and by time i am beat

How many sets/reps do you perform? How much rest do you take between sets?

Yes. Just as long as you don't work the same muscle group two days in a a row. This is commonly refered to as a split routine.
Also, give your self at least one day completely off from exercise - Why? cause your body needs time to repair and rebuild. Cheers

my problem is that most of the time I can't pack 2 workouts on a single session and I want to give a muscle group the proper attention so my workout is productive

as long as you are streaching out the muscle that you work and you work it to its full patential you should be fine

hi.... one muscle per day doesn't seem like an effecient way to train...you might wana go for 2 muscle parts or three depending on how much free time you can spare...programs at free trainers offer a variety of exercises that you can perform in a regular basis and that wouldn't take more than a half to 45 minutes of your time...check them out

NO. Overtraing any muscle can actually make it smaller.
