I chose the plan for machine and free weights. I have a machine at home that can do many different exercises, but some of the exercises on my plan my machine doesn't have. What should I do about this? Do I need to choose the plan for only free weights, or can I substitute that exercise for a similar one?
I honestly don't want to go to the free weight only exercise plan as I don't feel it will produce the same results.
We need to know specifics. What can you do and what can't you do on the 'machine' you have? That can help us determine an alternative.
