Hi! I have just signed up to try to lose weight because we are going to try to go on a cruise:big_smile:next year. I want to work out but am worried about injuries I sustain many years ago. I have a two level fusion in my neck and a bad disk in my low back. I would appreciate it it someone could tell me how to modify the exercises.

Thank you,

I have fused disks also, and some other neck problems from rugby. I'm fine working out though, however you should talk to your family doctor about this since he/she can examine you properly. Injuries, thouogh the same in nature, are completely different when it comes to the person who has sustained it. Definately a question for a professional.
