Hello everyone, I too am trying to find a exercise program I weigh 132pds, the most I've ever weighed. My problem is I've had 13 operations total, 5 abdominal operations, most recent being a Colostomy/Ventral Hernia and now a Incisional Hernia and a Peristomal Hernia I'm trying to find out what kind of exercises I can do without farther ripping the hernias. Do any of you have any suggestions?
