When I first started working out, I used to get sore. I rarely do now. Does this mean I am not pushing myself enough...more reps or more weight?

try differnt routines to shock the muscles they could be already use to your workout routine try changing it unless your already do change it around it could be your not pushing yourself hard enough

I think taht I amnot pushing hard...last workout on saturday, I added more weight and sunday had some good soreness.

I'm sore after every workout. I have been for 12 years. Try more weight

you could also do more reps and sets if you can... the volume is combination of reps sets and load..
