Can anyone tell me why there is a target rep on my FT program for 21's? Im not sure how this works. It is my understanding that 21's get the name by 3 seperate movements of 7 on the curl, this being the case what does a target rep of 16 mean?

Yeah I noticed that too, I just consider it an over sight and do my 3 or 4 sets of 21s. Any way you cut it they're gonna murder ya! Ever do em with shoulder work? 7 lateral raises, 7 rear delt and 7 front raises? Makes your shoulders scream uncle by the 3rd or 4th set.

Nice.. supersetting the shoudlers? I've tried it with two movements but have never tried to implement the 21's theory.. I've got to try this!

Go to fatigue, not just to seven.

If you use enough weight (and you don't need much) by the time you complete the set YOU ARE FATIGUED! Try em there're grrrrreat!

I know this post was a bit old, but did the "fix" take it out of the charts? I know I've done them before, but I can't find them in the progress charts.
