Hi guys,Unfortunately I have injured my wrist, which will heal in around 10 weeks, so does anyone have a plan which will do without any kind of wrist strain for a couple of weeks?
Hi Fred - somewhere long long ago I came up with an answer to a very similar situation... my thought was that you could use exercise bands with cuffs around your forearms.... dunno... and maybe the leg press, and other leg equipment that doesn't require upper body stabilization?
