Well Chris. I for one have protein shakes that I make using the recipes from this site. Like this morning I had a bowl of oatmeal and a shake. Not sure how much if any the oatmeal gave me but the shake gave me 25g. You can buy some whey protien powders from stores. (Wal-mart). This will be a big help in that area.

Be careful with some of the protein bars. Some of them contain quite a bit of sugar. I drink a whey protein shake every day, the scoop of whey has 26 g. of protein and I mix it with skim milk for more protein and to boost up my calories a little bit. I think it's an acquired taste though. :)
Kettle, try to eat more eggs, tuna, chicken breasts, etc. Look up info on the WSSC diet, you will find a lot about protein sources there.

Here are some foods high in Protien:
Egg whites
Tuna
Chicken/Turkey
Steak
Cottage Cheese
To up your Protien add these foods (and others) into your daily diet. Here is my Tip, when your in a rush in the Am try this shake
8 Egg whites
1 Cup of chocolate Soy Milk
1 Banana
The taste good, it's fast, and is real food.

Leave any or all protein bars for when you are really tight for time. A snickers bar will do just as good. Follow the advice and eat real food. Let your stomach process the food and not the factories it is produced in.
Speeder gave some of the best examples and you can all check in the supplements forum and diet form here on freetrainers.com
