I know the the obvious breakfast lunch and dinner, but whats good to eat in between those meals to stop the stomach growling? how many times should I be eating? and whats the latest I should consume food, mind you I work out usually between 11-12pm or 3-4pm, thanks. Eat 5-6 times a day. Good snacks are things like a handful of nuts, fruits and veggies, or anything with lots of protein. I'm not sure what the latest time to eat is, I've heard both ways; it either matters or it doesn't. I don't know though.
