Just wanted to say that i've only been doing this for a week, but i have that personality that if i'm gonna do something i'm gonna give it my all, and i went from eating mcdonalds and drinking cans on top of cans of soda and opening a bag of candy and not stop eating it until the bag was killed. Now i'm eating between 40 and 50 grams of fat a day a ton of protien and abnywhere from 2000 to 2500 calories accompanied by lifting and cardio, and as wierd as it seems to me, i actually lost 5 pounds in about seven days and i'm by no means starving myself, I am actually excited about this new healthy way of living and would like to thank everyone at ft for putting together a site and a community like this one, it kicks A$$ in plain english.

There's a stimuli with the word "diet" that makes people automatically associate it with "starvation". I was eating 2400 calories a day and losing an average of 1.5 lbs a week when I was on a cut cycle. Even when I'm eating to lose weight, I've never gone hungry. It's just about making the smart choices. Congrats for your progress thus far!

Awesome. I plan on gaining weight but getting more chissled awesome dude only you can set the limits for your body to do. The human body is an amazing thing. Good Stuff.
