killa your abs and obliques are your entire midsection. Everyone has abs diet and workout with proper rest will help. Don't overdue your abs though they are a muscle too and need rest. You might want to do a variety of workouts. side bends for obliques crunches situps theres many different workouts that could help give you the stomach you want.

Thanks, I understand that I think but when I go to input my reps and weight I just have no weight to in for the leg lifts and crunches. I put my body weight in for my dips.

I have the same issue on crunches, leg lifts etc. What I did is since the "weight" you lift doing crunches etc. doesn't vary much is I used a constant number like 100 as the weight.

Just remember diet is the most important part of getting nice abs. You need to make sure your not eating too much otherwise you'll be gaining ab muscle under a layer of fat that will just stay there. Not showing. ITS HARD WORK but if you do it it will be worth it.
