Im following a plan of 40 to 50 grams of fat daily and my question is, is that all fat in general or are they talking just saturated fats? Or should i be counting mono and poly fats also, my question is a fat gram a fat gram no which way u cut it when your following a plan, any help would be sweet thanks walshy

Talking about healthy fats. A gram is a gram no matter from what source.
