Hi there i am new and i am wondering before starting out workout session how do i do warm up and cool downs?
Also when doing the exersices say push ups target it says 15,15,12,10 what does that mean do i have to do all those four sets of reps or do i just do 15 reps? I dont understand. then it says actual and then weight what does that mean? Also i am very big and doing chin sit ups and push ups on the floor can i do push ups against the wall? How can i change the exersice routine to fit my abilities.
I am also trying to upload my photo but when i do it it comes back as file could not upload must be less than 200. what does that mean?

You do 4 sets, one after another with a bit of rest in between. When using weights you usually add more weight for the later sets, and the first set is for warmup.
When you fill in the chart, you write how many reps you really did... lets say you should do 15, but you choose to use 20 kg weights, and only managed to do 12 reps, then you fill in 12 for the actual reps, and 20 for the weight.
To change the routine to fit what you can do, you need ftPro membership, but you can also look at similar exercises and swap what you do anyway. You can ask people here to help you with picking the right swaps. The list won't show the swap, but you can always write it down so YOU know what you do.
There is a limit to the size of the photo. Less then 200 what? kB or pixles? Also make sure it's the right filetype.
