With the few exercises that are on my program each day, will they give results??I dont know if I was doing something wrong but before I used to do as many as 9 exercises per workout for 2 body parts, was that too many?I hope the few ones that are on my program will give me results.

If you are just starting out - less is more. Eventually you will be adding sets. At the beginning it is important to focus on form - without that you just will not get anywhere. If you don't feel like you are working hard enough, slow your reps down (way down). Sometimes I take 7 seconds to complete each rep. Muscles love that.

What fitness level did you select when you entered your data? The advanced level gives me 2 or 3 different exercises per part but as much as 10 sets per part. It hits each muscle from different angles and is quiet comprehensive.

It is better to do one exercise to muscle failure then to do 10 exercises not to muscle failure. Use proper form and do the movements slowly. Most people tend to do too many exercises and none to the right intensity.
