I have my four day plan from the website and had a question. I noticed that my sets start at a target of 20 reps. As I go through my reps the target sets decrease. Do I start with a heavier weight and work my way to lighter or the other way around?

Welcome to freetrainers. The program is designed for the first set to be your warm up set with lighter weight and yes as you progress add weight.
