Hello everyone. I live in Delaware; a native Texan. I used to work out fiercely. But Lupus and Rhuematoid Arthritis changed that. I want to work out, but I just can't do it the way I used to. This site seems to be just what I've been looking for. I'm only having one problem; how do you put in foods in your nutrition tracker if they are not in the database????? I'm a vegetarian (no derogatory comments please) and most of the foods I eat are not listed in the database. I have yet to figure out how to put in what I eat; or am I just outta luck??? Anyways, thanks for any help.:)
